Tha apartment is situated in a small residence, called �Portofaro�(light house harbour), built in 1980, directly on the sea, on a charming part of the coast, near the light house that gives the name to the residence and in front of the La Maddalena Archipel, which is a national marine park.

From the apartment's window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the islands and of the sea. There is a beach just in front of the house that can be reached in 30 seconds...

There are also many different beaches that are reachable by foot within a short walk (one minute to 10 minutes)
The climate is quite good and sunny and it is normally possible to bathe until the end of October.

The house is near a small pine wood and a small mooring that can host any kind of boat.

The apartment is composed by: one large dining and sitting room, with open kitchen;
one double room (with double bed), one single room, two bathrooms with shower, and a second floor with two rooms.
